Feature Request

The font is the same in Outplay sequences but when it is sent out, the font within the body of the email is different. Very disappointing this has to be a feature request!

As many prospects name have special alphabets eg: ö,ü,ä. It would be great to add some unusual vocal alphabets, so no need to recheck one by one if I import from CSV File. Thank you
