Feature Request

I’m currently using two records for every contact due to my business of recruiting. Sometimes I email them on work, sometimes I email them on personal email. When putting people into a sequence if outplay would let me choose which email address I’d like to send to it could eliminate me needing to have 2 records for every person. It would be really great if, inside of a sequence settings we could choose Select Email to send to for all prospects and we could choose Work, Personal, Other, Default, this would be such an incredible feature to have for my business of recruiting.

you can change signatures in one-off emails. You should be able to change from default signature in sequences Use Case: I'm adding a P.S. after signature for certain sequences. P.S. can improve reply rate. I like to add a "by the way..." Today, I can only use a default signature in sequences, so can't apply different P.S. depending on sequence..

Hard to QUICKLY evaluate which tasks I want to do if you cut off the name of the sequence. Please expand that column or use 2 lines so it can easily be read.

Right now, if I want to terminate/mark finished a prospect, I have to do so individually (figure 2). I propose the ability to bulk terminate prospects from the task menu (figure 1). Use case: I realize I don't want to reach out to specific prospects as I'm reviewing the tasks. Terminating them individually is time-consuming.

Add the ability to put additional text after the signature line. Like a P.S. Message. Use case: I've read that P.S. increases response rates. Example: Signature block PS Here's an article I wrote- I hope you find it informative. or PS - just wanted you to know - classes are filling up fast.

Often times you speak with someone... maybe a gatekeeper who says reach out to "X Person". We need the ability to text that person even though they're not a prospect in Outplay.

Needed desktop as well as inbowser notifications

Instead of locking the integrations into the Zapier environment, take all those Zapier Actions and make outbound webhooks possible so we can integrate with Pabbly Connect or any other tool (including Zapier) which accepts incoming webhooks.

There are situations in which a contact gets placed into bounce incorrectly and forces us to recreate a new contact and lose the data form the original contact we have been working.
